Police and the Secret Service are examining an occurrence in Frederick involving an apparent attempt to daunt voters with the shipment of a threatening letter. The Secret Service is included due to the fact that the letter specifically threatened Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and vice governmental candidate Sen. Kamala Harris.
